Usually this is a time constraint thing, where I'm either putting up a photo later at night, or the next day while at work (where I have no PP abilities).<br /><br />Although it's a hard, one-directional light in the tempura prawns shot, I think it pretty well reflects the low ambient lighting at that restaurant. Certainly very different from the sun-lit shot of the pork-chop.
