Hmm, so it seems not even a week and I've already got a McDonald's photo. I don't really eat McD's that often but I must say that I did rather enjoy the Double Cheeseburger today (with extra tomato sauce, of course!).

Day 5 - Char Siu Fan and Dong Yuen Yeung
Friday lunch at HKUST was Char Siu Fan (Chinese BBQ Pork and rice) with Dong Yuen Yeung (Iced milk tea/coffee mix). Char Siu Fan is a Chinese staple and you can get it at just about any Hong Kong style cafe. The Dong Yuen Yeung isn't as popular, but I got hooked on this drink after trying it in Chinatown, Melbourne.
My Choi was a little sparse and straggly and the Yuen Yeung had good proportions but was too sweet, however the Char Siu was soft, moist and delicious!

Day 4 - Goyza and Deep Fried Cheese balls

Day 3 - Tea Eggs and Coffee
A breakfast post. I've been eating tea eggs for a couple of weeks now. Normally we cook up a huge pot of them and just re-heat them every morning for breakfast.
Judging by the size of the pot I'd say I've got at least another 1-2 weeks of tea eggs to go!

Day 2 - CNY Holiday Treats
So this is Day 2... Already my blog isn't up to date, but at least my flickr has had a photo posted everyday.
I was thinking that I'll try to get a new photo on Flickr everyday (so it might be the best place to look), and then blog about them when I have time, like now.
But I can also see some scenarios where I might not be able to update my flickr, say, if I go on a camping trip. I suppose this means that I'll have to rely on the exif date. So long as I have one photo from everyday posted up promptly, and the exif dates match, I think that's still okay.
But I'm certainly going to try to upload them onto my flickr everyday, as it's just more fun that way!
Wish me luck!

Day 1 - Chinese New Year Noodle Mushroom Pot
So... It seems that I'm going to get back around to the blog again, but this time, in a lot more photo orientated way...
I'm planning on doing a photo everyday of food. Not always fancy food and not necessarily only things I've cooked, but just the food that I eat everyday.
So this is number 1! It's the first day of the Chinese New Year, not a bad day to start, seeing as I missed both Christmas and Western New Year... So let's see if I can keep this up!
