Although titled on the Shakey's Pizza Menu: Cajun Chicken Risotto, this was really more a Mushroom Risotto with chicken served on top. The chicken was great but the risotto just okay.
The risotto was very creamy and lacking onion and that salty stock quality. It was quite sweet, more like a rice pudding dessert really.
