The tempura was much too dark for my liking. Do you post-process these? If not, why not?
ReplyDeleteNormally, no post processing unless I'm trying to recover something from a day of bad photos. Usually this is a time constraint thing, where I'm either putting up a photo later at night, or the next day while at work (where I have no PP abilities).
ReplyDeleteAlthough it's a hard, one-directional light in the tempura prawns shot, I think it pretty well reflects the low ambient lighting at that restaurant. Certainly very different from the sun-lit shot of the pork-chop. Nevertheless, both were delicious!
