Cheung Fan is sheets of rice cake rolled into tubes and steamed. It's a popular Dim Sum dish often served stuffed with Mushrooms and Meat, but can also be bought as a street food, as above, slathered in a peanut and/or a sweet mildly spicy sauce. Delicious!
