These potato and fish deep-fried wonders were found at a small restaurant called A Vencedora on Rua do Compo in Macau. I mis-remembered the address of the restaurant, only getting the street right and we ended up wandering around, eventually giving up and eating at the closest restaurant we could find. The very same one we were looking for originally! In the background are fresh baked crispy bread rolls and a Chorizo Omelette. Everything at this restaurant was great.
