Day 8 - Clams, Sweet and Sour Pork, Chilli Cashew Pork and Choi

We have take-away dinner at home maybe twice a week. This is normally Chinese Food but sometimes is Japanese Sushi or something else. A family favourite restaurant is a tiny place in Sham Shui Po that sells fresh seafood. The Clams with Chilli on the left are HY's favourite and I'm a big fan of the Sweet and Sour Pork. This is a delicious meal and one I can't resist even though I'm supposed to be cutting down my intake. As they say in Chinese: "Sik Fan"!!
